The Fitness TV Team is in love... with a yoga mat. Yes, you read correct: a yoga matt. But this is truly the most ultimate luxurious yoga mat you will ever set your eyes on. When the Holistic Silk package arrived at our studio the soothing smell of lavender filled our office. We speedily made our way to the package and as we opened it, our eyes grew bigger as we gasped as if just having received the most amazing birthday present.
