TRUDIE'S FITNESS TV PROTEIN SHAKE
1/4 Avocado
1 Tablespoon Vanilla WHEY Powder (protein)
1-2 Teaspoon Green Powder (Green vibrance powder)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 Cup of fresh mint leaves
Juice of a lime
1Tablespoon agave
3/4 Cup of water
3-4 Ice cubes
*Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
