She made a name for herself on the hit TV show “biggest loser USA” where she trained teams of morbidly obese “contestants” who were competing to lose the most body weight and be crowned the biggest loser. 
This DVD consists of 4 different circuit style routines that are designed to be done 5-6 times a week starting with the easiest working through to the hardest by the 4th week. This combined with the free 1 month diet plan she provides with the DVD is aimed to get you ripped in 30 days.
She does however; state that it may take you longer to get up to standard before moving on to the next level, I would highly recommend rest days between the days you do the DVD.
Each super-energetic 30 minute workout consists of a warm up, 3 different circuits working on her 3-2-1 system (a 3 minute strength exercise, 2 minute cardio exercise and a 1 minute core/abs exercise with no rest in between exercises) and a cool down and stretch.
She is constantly reinforcing correct form which makes doing this DVD at home much safer and more effective and her enthusiasm for exercise really shines through as she shouts, grunts and even smacks her participants on the behind!
 
It‘s definitely not for the faint hearted that’s for sure!
Many of her exercises are demonstrated with a modified (easier) version and a progressive (hard) version so even beginners can give it a whirl!
The great thing about DVDs is you can pause and rest any time you need to, it may not take you 30 minutes as advertised but you can progress in your own time at your own pace.
 
Each workout combines multiple exercises (i.e. an arm exercise and a leg exercise performed together) which keep your heart rate elevated and your body burning those calories while simultaneously toning and strengthening your muscles! A great fat blaster that improves your overall fitness too, and not only will you blast tones of calories during the session; it will keep your metabolism souring after you’ve finished the workout!
It’s also proof that you don’t need long, hard, grueling sessions in the gym as you’re done within 30-ish minutes and each exercise is easily adapted to be done at home but equally doable in the gym.
This DVD really shows her fun personality and raw passion for exercise. Short of jumping out of the TV and smacking you on the bum herself I don’t know how she’ll top this one!
