Will you use Fitness TV?

Yes, to prepare for the Fat Attack Bootcamp and to maintain my exercise regime and fitness afterwards!

What is your current fitness routine?

Currently, I do PIlates every Thursday, I was swimming every Tuesday, but I like variety, so a friend and I are going to try out Salsa instead! I walk a lot, and used to play Hockey and Netball!
