Fat Attack is a unique and highly effective weight loss weekend designed to help you fight FAT and get FIT, the FUN way! Conducted by world class fighting champions, you can use Fat Attack's intensive weight loss programme either to lose those stubborn pounds, or to give you the kick up the backside you so desperately need.
Fat Attack weight-loss & fitness weekend boot camps are held in various residential venues across the UK's homes counties in areas including Surrey, Somerset and Leicestershire. They offer two residential options; "Fat Attack Basic" and "Fat Attack Plus" (You can even book therapies such as Hot Stone Therapy and Facials! - Fat Attack Plus only).
This is to ensure that all the attendees have a price and level of comfort that suits them. You even have the luxury of being able to decide whether you want to share a room! They also offer mixed and women only camps which are open to all levels and ages, plus special bespoke camps for local sports groups & teams wishing to take their fitness to the next level.
Fat Attack weekends are conveniently run from Friday afternoon through to Sunday early evening, so there is no need for you to miss a whole day from work.
A typical Fat Attack weekend consists of:
Day 1: 13.00 start

- Health & Fitness Assessments
- Nutritional Workshops
- MMA - Mixed martial Arts sequence involving none contact combat sequences high powered techniques
- Dinner
Day 2: 06.30 - 20:00
- Team Briefing; Momento Running Trail 5 to 10k including intervals/shuttle and Tabata sequences
- Breakfast; 30-min Break; Combat Conditioning: enhanced intervals, integrated circuits, minute drills and density training
- Snack; 30-min Break; Gladiator training: Tabata hybrid with kettle bells and body weight
- Lunch; 1-hour Break; Iron man circuits: integrated high density circuits with Sledge hammer/tyres/beer keg toss/ log runs
- Snack; 30-min Break; Power SAQ: competitive hybrid with cardio and body weight resistance
- Dinner
Day 3: 06.30 - 17.00
- Team briefing; Nordic walking/ Tabata circuits/5-10k run;
- Breakfast; 30-mins Break; Off-site Climbing/Abseiling/Army Assault Course/ Great tyre run
- Lunch; 1-hour Break; Mixed martial Arts sequence involving none contact combat sequences high powered techniques
