Spring is here!

Spring is upon us! So, here are 10 fabulous fun tips to help put the spring in your step!
- Morning Bird - Get up 30 minutes earlier tomorrow morning - Have a herbal tea. Go for a walk in the garden and hear the birds sing. Breathe in the gorgeous spring air. Hopefully your day will feel positive just by having 30 minutes extra you time.
- Vitamin D-elicious - Now the sun is warmer, it's time to get those pasty limbs out for a glance at the glorious sun. Vitamin D in the body promotes a sense of wellbeing, and as recent studies show, can prevent against cancer and boost the immune system - that's all the excuses you need!
- Shower Diva - Bursting into song during your morning shower not only makes you feel fabulous, but can build for a positive day ahead. It allows you to express emotion freely, promoting a boost in self confidence!
- Cheshire Cat - Flash a grin at a stranger on the tube on your commute - they may be surprised, but it will make their day. One smile provokes another, and so on. It makes us all feel great, valued and appreciated. Let the smiling begin!
- Be helpful - Do something helpful for someone else at least once a day. You will feel rewarded by knowing that you did something good for someone else.
- Treat day - Indulge in having one day of the week as your treat day, in moderation. Allow yourself one day to look forward to treating yourself to a massage, glass of red, chocolate bar or a new top you have had your eye on. Little treats every now and again are good for you, and help keep life fun!
- Socialise - This spring, make it your mission to befriend new people. It's a great way of finding new hobbies, and engaging with new and exciting people increases your confidence levels in Try it!
- That new belly dancing class that started at the gym? Give it a go! You know it will be hilarious, great fun, plus working out and having fun is a great combination!
- Water baby - You've guessed it! It's hard to stick to drinking 2 litres of water a day, but try and make it a habit by drinking a glass before eating. It will line your stomach and prevent over-eating, keeping you fuller for longer.
- Have fun - Remember, life is for living, and there's fun to be had. Life and work pressures take over our lives, so try and spend an hour with your children in the park, walk the dog, plan a weekend away, or just do something different and out of the ordinary. Push your boundaries and get the most out of life, after all, you only live once!
