Hi i was doing the big workout during the summer, but have fallen back into my old eating habits, i have discovered that the big workout progrmme is a new episode every day. Today was week 1 and tommorrow is week 2 and so on, then repeats all over again!
i would like to know how many of u are doing it

Hello, I have just watched he big work out and am going to start with this afternoons showing. Could do with a little motivation from anyone who has been doing it for a while - how often a week should i be doing each week before moving on to the next.
Can anyone advise if i have to buy any equipment as i cant find any info on the website.
Michelle, if you want to buy equipments to add resistance, I would suggest a yoga mat (to protect your back and keens). I have also bought a weight set from Tesco for £14.99 instead using the 1 liter water bottle for muscle and toning sections. :-) Hope this help. :-)

Hi Char, That happened to me and I found that they play each week for a while and then go back to the beginning. All I can suggest is you keep an eye out they play it at 10am and again at 7pm.

I would defintely recommend doing them in order 1 - 6 and doing each one for about a week before moving onto the next one. The series get progressivly more difficult so you will build the stregth and endurance to do the next one. I tried skipping ahead and I'm just not ready yet. The only equipment you need are some hand weight (but you could use water bottles) and a mat (but if you have carpet then you probably don't need one). I've been doing the programme about 4 - 5 times per week for 2 weeks and I can already feel a difference! 
Hi, I have just seen the Big Workout, hadn't seen the channel before, it is Week 5, how can I get to watch from Week 1, Scott mentioned being able to see them on this site? I am going to ww this week, joineed about 8 weeks ago but didn't go the last 3 weeks. I have been 2.5 stone overweight for a long time now and every time I join a slimming club I just don't stick to it! Help!
