Yeah I know same keeps happening to me and it seems to happen to most people who try watching the videos, do the people who run this website never read them or the forums they need to get their techies to sort it out, or has this company and associated TV channel gone the way of many in our glabal recession into administration or bankruptcy.

worked yesterday but not today! doh and i wanted to work out on sy chen upperbody workout. oh well back to painting the house then lol
