Hi Everyone,
I dieted between August 2008 and April 2009 and lost 2.5 Stones, I have now put back on 11lbs in the last year which I am trying hard to lose. I am doing this by following WW Points and doing Natalie Rusiuk's Cheerleader Dance Workout every evening.
I just wondered what everyone elses's story is?

Hi all, I started in January 2008 by july 2009 I had lost 3 stone, I kept it off but now I have found the motivation to tackling the other 3 stone I have to lose.
I am calorie counting and doing about 2hrs of exercise a day.
I started dieting in december and lost 1 1/2 stone over a period of 3 months. Then put on 10lbs over a period of a few months and started dieting again monday just gone. I dont want to weight myself just yet, I want to find out monday what my total lose is for this week. 3 or 4 lbs I hope. But I've started exercising 80 minutes as well 3 times a week is my goal. I do the big work out in the mornings and 3 days and have also started doing Ladans legs, bums and thighs.
Hi all, I don't know how much weight I've lost, I don't have any scales but I've had my friends comment like you look like you've lost weight or you look great, so healthy. I stared this regime upon my return from living abroad so needed to get fit and stay fit n healthy.
In the last year or so ive lost just over 3 stone, which im chuffed to bits about!
I just watch what i eat, run, and do a mixture of Fitness.tv's workouts, mainly Sy's though.
Well i got sent to SW by my GP, was told it would be a great help and that the group leader/s would be very helpful, don't know if it was just me be NOT, no help whats so ever ( might just be the group i was sent to ) anyway i lost 6 lbs in 12 weeks, had my last visit to SW tonight 13th July 2010. I am now going it on my own, setting up a weight loss program over 12 wks, doing exercise, watching what i eat etc, i'll keep you lot informed by putting my weekly weight on here every monday
MY weight today is 17st 9lbs i was 18st 1lbs 3 month ago

We me again, been a bad week for me as been very busy taking down a sauna, to put in my Martial Arts centre but i did say i would put my weight on here every monday ........ I know it's friday and am nearly a week late but here it is 17st 8lbs, only 1lb but hey i have'nt done any exercise, well apart for pulling down that sauna. I'll let you all know my weight on monday.......Bye for now
