Workout 6

Just finished workout 6 and my whole body is burning (burnings good right!) lol, it was the best one and ive sky plussed it, now I can do it every day!!!!  Defo seeing results, im so glad I found it x

As there are 6 weeks fo this workout is it best to do wekk one for a whole week, then follow on to week 2 the next week and so on....

I was thinking bout doing it every other day. I really wana get rid of my mummy tummy lol!!!

My baby is 9 months old now and thought it would ave gone by now but it aint the case :(

Hey you! No worries :) I did it anywhere between 5 and 7 times a week, but made sure I had at least one full rest day. Back then, it was on 2-3 times a day, so I sometimes did it twice a day, if I had time, but I've been on a serious mission for a while now. I'm in the same boat as you. My little girl (I also have a three year old boy) will be eleven months old at the very end of April, and my Mummy Tummy is ridiculous, seeing as I put on a stupid amount of weight with both pregnancies (well, I never lost it in the middle either), had massive babies, and two caesarians, so mine really is quite disgusting. I'm working on it though :) Less than seven months after I started (along with following Slimming World) in late September, and I'm 6st 2.5lbs lighter, five dress sizes smaller, and the lightest I've been in over 12 years! If I can do it, anyone can!

I've joined the warm up from week 5 with the cardio from week 5 and 6 and the toning strengthening section from week 6 together it's really good,so there is more cardio and fat burning

Wow you did it alot well done you!!! I have been doing it every day and so far so good. And its good to hear I wasnt the only one who put on weight whilst pregnant, I put on just over 3 and half stone!!! But finally back down to what I was before just gotta get rid of me huge belly lol. Well done hun for loosing over 6st thats amazing!!! Im more determined than ever now. Thankyou :) And keep it up :D

Im in the same boat also! I had my 2nd baby 14 months ago and put on 4 stone and ive lost just under 3 stone, got 1 stone 3 pounds to go then more as want to be less than before!

Its my tum too! legs and bums fine, and toned, just stomach is like jelly lol! also my arms are really toned but the bingo wings are still wings!!lol!

I always thought after a couple of months once I had baby I would be back  in my old clothes but some how im a size bigger than before but weigh same how does that work lol oh well im sure we will get there in the end :)
