Well done!!

Dear all,

I'm really delighted to hear all the wonderful support that you are giving and receiving through Fitness TV.  You are amazing and are making fantastic progress with your weight loss - well done and keep it up!!

This is a TV channel and website that is here to support everyone with their health and fitness goals and it's really important that we listen to all your feedback so that we can provide you with a channel that does this.

Please let do let us know what you want on the channel - do you want The Big Workout repeating more heavily and, if so, at what time is best for you?  What other workouts do you like, what would you like to see more of and what kind of information would you like to see on the website?  Also, what do you dislike.

Remember the goals you have set yourself, hopefully you have written them down, read them again and keep focussed.  When I was a personal trainer, I sat with my clients and set little goals that supported their main one eg I will eat healthily today, I will drink lots of water today, I will exercise today.  My clients kept a diary which noted what they did each day, what they ate and drank - it's a great way to see how great they had done or when they had a blip, we could look at what happened and why.

Hi,

As a stay-at-home Mum, I'd love to see more routines that I could do with my kids. Maybe something that has an advanced level for the adults, but a simplified version for my kids to do at the same time. Aged 7 & 8, they love to join in, but some of the advanced routines are a bit fast for them!!!

 

Also, I love the ideas of hints & tips of how to keep your motivational levels up. Maybe little bullit points inbetween the programmes??

I love your channel, & love your routines. Thanks so much for providing all this help and advice for everyone.
