What now?

As its week 6 I'm now beginning to wonder what regular exercise to take up in place of the big workout.

I'd willingly do the 6 weeks again, but I expect they will be increasingly less effective as you repeat them because your body will get used to the exercise. Similarly, I feel that I'm a bit too familiar with many of the workouts on fitness tv at the moment.

Just wondering if fitness tv have anything new planned for the near future? *hint hint*

or whether anybody else out there has any interesting and motivating ideas that can take the place of the big workout.

Would be a shame not to keep up the good work now!

me too, i tried high intesity aerobics with Elise - Very good, needs a lot of practice i think.  I have heard carnival is good too.
