I normally do walking for 2hrs every morning after I drop  my son off to school,  covering 8 miles. I find this has helped me to do the exercise without feelinf tired quickly.

As i'm an art student and never have my hands free as i have alot of work to get through so I always try to exercise when watching Eastenders, that's 30 mins right there! :)

We shouldn't underestimate what we can do during 'tv time'.

Stairclimbing during the adverts - ie trotting up and down there tidying up, putting things away etc. All those 5 min breaks in programmes add up over the hour.

Love the idea of exercising through a designated programme, Clare. 4 episodes of Eastenders is two hours of extra activity a week!

when it comes to exercising I am a novice....to say the least I needed a lot of motivation. My daughter bought a shape game to try and motivate to do something.  It worked well for the time until I came across the big workout..which I find doable and motivating...I so hope that I will complete the whole programme and feel good about myself.

I found that with a fitness dvd, you could 'put it off', no matter how much you really wanted to do it! But I didscovered the big workout, and 10am means I can get the older boy off to school, do the housework, then straight into the workout, and before I know it, it's finished and done!  And it's nice to know I am not the only person doing it at that time. Also have been doing the bums and tums online.

I am pleasantly surprised at how similar the workout is to another dvd I have, which made it easier to pick it up. Also, this is free!

Finding this second workout a little more awkward. My coordination is not the best. Enjoying it though. Lost two pounds the first week. Everything improving a little except portion size when it comes to eating. Any tips welcome. Thanks all!

I have no idea how much weight I have lost, I haven't weighed myself! I am going by photos and jean size. I am currently a size 14 on bottom owing to tummy and hips ;-(

I am also saving for a tummy tuck, and my tummy was stretched beyond its limits by my 2nd pregnancy, and I actually look better as I am now as it fills the skin a little, when I get back to being a size 10/12, its hideous ;-( I hate it when people say diet and exercise will shift it, as diet and exercise do not cause skin to ping back.....ggrrr

My weakness is chocolate. I have a big sweet tooth, and even today I had some bourbon biscuuits...  I try and make up for it by doing a mini workout afterwards lol!

I started last week, I'm getting married and want to tone up and improve my fitness level.

This weeks workout was great, I found last weeks a little slow but, I can't wait to do the next one!
