Hi everybody. Does anyone know how to use the Big Workout sheet that you download. Do you have to print it out or can you add details just using the keyboard.
I think we could do with a few helpful hints here.

I done my first workout today and thought i'd log it down, but i can't find away to add info onto the sheet either, so some tips on how to would be great.

Done my first week of the Big workout,it was really good. Ever since I discovered fitness tv on sky I have been a bit of a fanatic squeezing in one or two classes everyday. My six year old daughter loves the cheerleader workout and the hip hop dance as well as the bangra dance. Even she's had a go at the big workout and loves doing it. Fitness tv has got us really active. But the best is when my 1 year old daughter joins in. Can't wait for the second installment this morning!

I am on my second week of the programme and loving it. The trouble I have is counting the calories in my diet: though I have started to cut down on my food portion. Do I need to measure all the food stuff before cooking? what is the simpler way of doing this
hey im on my second week off the big work out programme, i think its great i do it when my son is at nursery i also go to water arobics on a monday and ive lost 4lb in a week so hopefully i can keep it up
just saying thank you for a fun, easy workout , i usually give up after 5mins but i did week 2 workout and loved it im recording all of them so i can keep doing it.

i am now on week 3, i only did one day of week one, when it started, as i never knew the channel exsisted. but i have recorded it, i completed week 2 and have been adding week one in there too. finding it hard, but i am keeping going. My husband thinks i wont stick it out, makes me want to more to prove i can loose the weight i need to. I have not lost any weight yet, as i am finding it hard to diet, especially with all the xmas chocis still in our house, but i have stopped buying rubbish into my house, and try to reach for an apple instead of a chocolate. But i am noticing a big difference to my health. I am finding pushing my 6month old around a breeze up the hills we live about, and am more active with my 4 year old than i ever was. Even though i am finding it tough, which i am bound to given the fact its been years since i exercised, i am wanting a new me so much this year, and it cost nothing to do this work out. I even am using bean cans for weights as i do not own any and dont have the money to buy any. But i am enjoying everything about it, even the bits i struggle with, only makes me want to work harder. I am now on week 3 and am feeling alot fitter, I have been bying lots of fruit and having tuna and salmon salads for dinner and give myself a treat from time to time.
Last sunday my man made a roast and i avoided the parsonips, roast potatoes,yorkshires, and fatty pork! i was soo proud of myself!
I really don't want to slip out of my routine so need things to motivate me! as I am feeling fitter and healthier already,
