Protein powder for a vegetarian

My question would be - "80% of what serving size?" For instance Nutrisports' 90+ vegan protein powder contains 90g of protein per 100g (this would equate to 90%), yet the serving size is 30g. As an allergic - allergic to eggs & milk protein I cannot consume whey protein in any form. Check out www.natures-whey.co.uk to see if it suits your needs.

How to enjoy exercise..

Hi, I'm desperate for some motivational tips on how to get back to the gym and get into a good routine. I know all the benefits and at 61 feel it is essential to maintain strength, suppleness and general fitness. I've not long come out of a horrid 6 years struggling with agoraphobia and part of what helped was getting into a routine of going to the gym 3x a week. Then my dad took ill, came to live with us, walked out, went into hospital then care home and subsequently died - through all this any structure went out of the window. Now I just can't get back there - Help!!!

fitness first

A great thing about exercise is that it can keep your body healthy. Kids who exercise often have a healthier body weight than kids who don’t exercise. Being fit includes keeping your muscles, bones, and joints as active and healthy as possible. One of the greatest things about exercise is that it can improve your mental health. Regular exercise can help you feel less stressed, can improve your self-esteem, and can help you to feel ready to learn in school. Kids who exercise may also have reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression.fitness first
