<title>Yoga For Cycling TV Show</title>
<description> Hi, I was wondering if the programme makers at Fitness TV would be interested in making a Yoga For Cycling show. As cycling is taking off big in the UK (Mark Cavendish for the 1st Olympic gold this summer!!!) I think it would be great to have this available. Focusing on strengthing the back and stretching excercises for the hamstrings and groin. Would be very popular with beginners to experienced. </description>

We have recently seen a surge of posts with a history theme thanks to the contribution from some of the newer posters. This generates yet more responses and keeps this forum alive. <title>big workout 1-6</title>
<description> Have been following the big work out for the last 7 months and  its fantastic, I have lost 2 stone, I was a size 14 now a easy 12 I feel better and certainly look better, I have all 6 work outs but find the last 2 more intensive, I have toned up my body , so actually have a waist and nice shoulders,arms and bum. So ladies believe me if I can do this so can you !!!!! Scott makes me laugh as he has awful co-ordination, I excercise 5 days the week and its fantastic not to heavy after work !!!!
