<title>losing weight with ww diet and exercise</title>
<description> I did ww for a while but didn't really get on with it. I moved onto sw and lost 4st in a yr. I walk 3-5 miles a day and ex for about half an hr every morning. well done!!! ive lost 5 stone and i hit the gym 5 mornings aweek, and at the same time ww food i walk about 3/4 miles aday   </description>

<title>What's diet would you recommend ?</title>
<description> I have piled on the pounds lately and really need to shift them, i used weight watchers years ago and went to the gym everyday but my circumstances have changed and can no longer afford weight loss groups and gym fees so im wondering if anyone can recommend a good diet that will help me loose weight and get back on track with healthy eating.   hello everyone I am clattnow.  If you want to loose weight I would recommend cabbage and fish boiled cabbage and smoked fish.  Also plenty of fruit.  Exercise say 3 mile walks are good one in the morning and one in the evening.   Also could you tell me is getting a dog a good idea to walk or a bad idea is all your time with the dog and really exercising the dog and not yourself so maybe a bad idea?   Could you please tell</description>
