Fitness TV are the official Media Partners for The Good Health Show this October at The International Centre, Telford.
Some of the UK's leading experts on health, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing and complementary therapies are coming to Telford. Free to attend theatres will see them present, inform and educate visitors at the Good Health Show. The scope and depth of areas that the speakers cover is phenomenal, from DrMarilyn Glenville, the UK’s leading nutritionist specializing in women’s health to Sarah Donohue, British, European and American women’s powerboat champion, personal trainer and ‘Galaxy Universe’ director. Well known life coaches, like Pete Cohen, Rasheed Ogunlaru and Louise Presley-Turner giving their insights as to how you can make positive changes to your improve your life and well-being.
Other leading lights include Ursula James, Caroline Pearce(Ice from Gladiators) and Steps’ Lee Latchford Evans, now a fitness expert and founder of famouslyfit.com. Dr. Robert Kissner, a regular visitor to the UK from Canada, is a specialist on stress and trauma as well as breath and emotional regulation. He will be demonstrating how breath & breathing could be used as a prognostic, diagnostic and living proof of the changes that occur as people grow out of the problems and experience healing.
These are only a few of the top speakers who are lined up to present at this event. For the more active types, there is the Fitness Factory & Yoga Village where you can tryout some Tai Chu, KettleWorx, Zumba, an introduction to Yoga or other activities which you may have only considered to date. Not to forget a host of organizations, societies and companies exhibiting in nearly 100 stands, providing a chance to find out more about what they do, support them and get some great products and advice along the way. Some stands will be offering ‘taster’ sessions, such as the Professional Association of Alexander Teachers, The British Acupuncture Council, Federation of Holistic Therapists and Ayurveda Practitioners Association will also be on site.

Elements Training Weeks - New for 2010
2010 sees the introduction of Elements Training Weeks which are about getting back to basics and getting stripped back to bare earth with a no nonsense approach to training.
Elements Training have devised a series of challenging and entertaining weeks, each of which have mix of Nordic walking, hiking, circuit training, resistance training, gym work, jogging, running, cycling, mountain biking, pool circuits, swimming sessions, climbing, abseiling, kayaking and kite surfing. Also included are stretch classes and other optional sports and recreations to deliver a significant increase in your fitness levels and leave you feeling energised, recharged and motivated.
The Elements team are all ex or currently serving physical training instructors from the British military having worked with British Special Forces. The trainers are selected due to their extensive qualifications and experience in both physical training and outdoor activities, operating from the searing heat of the desert to the cold of the Arctic Circle.
