Natalie Rusiuk

Natalie RusiukNatalie is a highly motivational dance instructor with over twenty years dance training experience. Her fun and entertaining teaching style puts beginners at ease, and her lively choreography, whilst suitable for beginners, can also be adapted to challenge more experienced dancers.

A performer to the core, Natalie's engaging personality and passion for dance is a favourite with both children and adults alike.   She is highly qualified in many dance genres including ballet, modern, national and tap and cites Las Vegas Style revue shows amongst her varied performance background.

Ladan Soltani

Ladan SoltaniLadan brings a wealth of experience to Fitness TV.   Since qualifying as an aerobics trainer in 1990, Ladan has built on this foundation and now is comprehensively qualified to teach a number of fitness disciplines.Ladan's passions are far reaching and range from aerobic conditioning, body sculpting and toning, to the ancient practice of yoga and breathing techniques.

Ladan's warm and inspiring personality will ensure that training with her will be an enjoyable way to achieve your fitness goals, and with Ladan's expertise at hand anyone can improve their fitness, burn fat and control their weight.

Kt PageKt is a hugely talented dancer within the fitness industry with a sound education foundation in dance training. 

She specialises in performance, and teaching urban dance to all ages. 

With her infectious motivation and passion for dance, Kt will inspire you to inject your own style into her vibrant choreography.

David Olton

David OltonDavid is a highly experienced dancer having been trained in ballet at the Stella Mann School of Dance and contemporary dance at the Laban Centre and his unique and versatile style of presenting has won him fans of all ages.  

David is also a highly experienced yoga instructor received his yoga teacher's diplomas with the International Yoga School (A.I.Y.S.) and Sunra Yoga ttc.

 

Zoe McNulty

Zoe McNultyZoe has been dancing since the age of 5 and has been in the fitness industry for 7 years. She holds a BA Hons in Dance with Education and presents at fitness conventions both in the UK and internationally. Her boundless energy, imagination and fantastic choreography has proved her to be a skilled and dedicated presenter.

Zoe's bubbly personality and passion for dance no doubt contributed towards the hugely successful launch of her unique Stiletto Workout.  Zoe developed her funky style of dance whilst working as a freestyler in clubs around London- a style that she now incorporates into her teaching. Pierre Pozzuto

Pierre PozzutoPierre's rare and original style of teaching guarantees fantastic results. Combining an effective cardio workout with his knowledge and life long experience of mixed martial arts makes for a winning combination.

Pierre is a qualified YMCA Personal Trainer and specialises in, amongst others, body sculpting and toning, core conditioning, bodybuilding and fitness.

 

Lynn Murphy

lynn murphyLynn has practiced yoga for 25yrs, for the last 12 years she has used her specialist training with Janet Balaskas - the founder of the Active Birth Centre - to teach yoga to pre and post natal women. Based at the ABC in North London, she is a member of the management team and a tutor on the Active Birth teacher training course, she also teaches privately and in Children's centres.

Lynn teaches baby massage and yoga to new mums and dads and is very knowledgeable about life with a new baby. She continues to develop her own practice through working with other teachers, and is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with women and their families at this special time.

Angie Newson

Angie Newson

Angie Newson has been in the health & fitness industry for nearly 20 years and has taught all aspects of fitness over the years. In the last 10 years she has focused on Pilates and qualified with The Pilates Foundation UK and is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She teaches scheduled classes, privately and runs workshops and retreats. Angie is a health & fitness writer and writes for national press, including The Sunday Times, The Sunday Telegraph and The Evening Standard and many women's magazines. She has appeared as 'fitness expert' on various TV series and has also managed an exclusive private members' club in London. She says "Whatever fitness discipline you choose to do, have fun with it, feel good and before you know it, fitness becomes a way of life. Feeling good on the inside, makes you feel good on the outside!"

Lisa Smith

Lisa SmithLisa has been interested in yoga for over ten years and believes that it can benefit everyone by helping them to cope with life's stresses and strains, as well as being of huge benefit to physical health. She has travelled all over the world practicing and teaching hatha yoga and studying Eastern spirituality.

Lisa teaches yoga to adults and children alike - some of her pupils are as young as two years old! Lisa believes that the relaxation techniques learned in yoga can be of huge benefit to children.

Winston Squire

Winston SquireKnown as "The Swiss ball King" Winston is an exciting personal trainer - his classes will help with weight loss, body sculpting and strength.  Winston is an accomplished Master Trainer and Lecturer with experience working with both private and corporate clients.

He is currently a fitness consultant for the English National Polo team as well as a senior trainer with The Third Space based in London.  Winston's soulful personality and knowledge coupled with his wealth of experience makes him a highly dynamic and effective personal trainer.

Stuart Harrop

Stuart HarropStuart's outrageous personality and fantastic choreography is a dynamic combination that has made him a firm favourite as a presenter on the fitness circuit.  Stuart combines his passion for ballroom dancing and panache for choreography to create fun, daring and above all hugely entertaining combinations.

Ben Pratt

ben prattBen has worked for and with several major UK health and fitness chains, written nutrition articles for top magazines, participated live on radio shows and offered advice on BBC news articles.

Ben has been involved in the UK's National Standards and spear-headed research and development for the UK's top fitness training provider. He has been actively involved in shaping the functional training trends within the fitness industry in the UK. Ben is a regular presenter to the Health and Fitness Industry and has presented at Fitpro, Multitrax & IFS.
